Position:

Commongood Careers is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support the work of the search team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the posting and maintenance of multiple jobs on a variety of job boards, online social networking communities and listservs
• Ensure that candidate applications are uploaded and accurately tracked in our database system
• Utilize our internal database to create both weekly staff reports summarizing current search status and monthly recruitment sourcing reports
• Manage candidate communication at various stages of the process, including scheduling phone interviews as necessary
• Support initial screening of candidates against pre-determined criteria
• In partnership with the service team, implement network outreach strategies to recruit candidates for our open positions, including candidate database mining and targeted research
• Attend career fairs and events to promote Commongood Careers, our client organizations and our open positions
• Participate in special projects as needed to ensure the success of Commongood Careers

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess many of the following attributes:

• Confidence in and experience self-directing workflow and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new database systems
• A team-player who understands how administrative functions and support roles are directly related to overall organizational goals
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product
• A high-level of interest in the nonprofit sector, social entrepreneurship and the mission of Commongood Careers
