Position: | MassINC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manager, Foundation Relations to drive all grant-related activities to support MassINC’s organizational growth and development. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the Manager, Foundation Relations will be responsible for researching and identifying new sources for grant revenue and will develop and write compelling grant proposals to existing and prospective private and corporate foundation funders. Working collaboratively with the Director of Development, Director of Research, Executive Vice President and other MassINC’s staff, the Manager, Foundation Relations will develop and implement grant-related strategies to reach aggressive fundraising goals and will put into place systems for accurate, clear and timely reporting to funders. |
Responsibilities: | • Lead MassINC’s grant-related strategies from inception to completion

Qualifications: | • At least 3 years of fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in grant writing
