Position: | MLT is in a period of significant organizational growth. Working in partnership with top-tier corporations such as Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, L’Oreal, and Google, and all the top business schools, we have achieved breakthrough results with our talent development model; now we are building the infrastructure to scale our operations from $5M to $10M over the next three years.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, the Partner Relations Manager will be a key contributing member of the team; he or she will be responsible for driving the growth of MLT’s funding base from $5 to $10 million over the next three years by strengthening the organization’s relationships with its corporate and foundation partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful at a leading corporation, possesses a successful track record in relationship management and sales and enjoys working at a strategic level while simultaneously managing the details of various key accounts.

Responsibilities: | • Act as MLT’s point person with executives and relationship managers at corporate and foundation partners

Qualifications: | • 4+ years experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a corporate or start-up business environment
